JOHN BAGGETT (son of
Barton) married 1823 Eliza Brown in Robeson Co. NC and had 4 daughters
and 6 sons. Five of the sons moved to TX about 1872. Their son, Andrew
Jackson Baggett (1828-1910), married (1st) Delilah Glover (1829-1895),
dau of Joseph Glover. They lived in Caldwell Co. TX and moved to Stephens
Co. TX late 1880 and are buried in Gunsight Cemetery. He married (2nd)
1899 Minnie Watson (1871-1964), dau of William H. "Bud" Watson (1840-1901)
and Mary Shepard (1841 AL-1871), dau of George Fletcher Shepard (1806 GA-1863)
and Lucretia Jordan (1812 GA-1878)
